Computer Slotting Unit:

Die Cutting Unit:

1. Servo motor drive independently, automatically reset with printing department, printing registration is not affected by die cutting force. 2. Virtual spindle synchronous processing servo drive system, with enclosed high precision planetary reducer, so that the die-cutting error control within 1mm.

Vibration waste stripping: |
This machine is mainly adapted to the circular die-cutting machine after the processing of cardboard debris cleaning, effectively reduce the waste of human resources before manual waste, so that the carton processing efficiency is higher, the process is more perfect.

Stacker: |
1. Collection platform inclination height to be adjusted with the carton stack height and the elevation motor incorporating electric braking function to keep the platform stable. 2. Paper-receiving carrier acts afterwards by carrying cardboard with automatically stretching collection plate when the cardboard are stacked up to the preset height. 3. Paper-receiving arm can be operated in electric or automatic mode. 4. Paper-receiving arm belt can be independently adjusted for tightness degree.
