Automatic Stacker Machine

Structure Feature:

4. High-speed encoder to track the whole line of cardboard, can accurately capture the current order of the last piece of cardboard, quickly when the last piece of the batch and the next piece of the first separate. Automatic stacking cycle time only 20 seconds.

5. Belt adopts PLC programmable controller DA module control, frequency conversion control multi-section speed, stacking is stable, neat, does not hurt the cardboard.

6. The rear baffle automatically lifts and shifts, realizing a pile of multiple single stacking for small orders. Automatic backward movement when paper is out.

7. Crawler basket stacking platform, frequency conversion basket lifting and stacking section, when stacking to the set number, frequency conversion control automatically and stably move out of the cardboard stack, paper out from slow to fast, there will be no folding phenomenon.

8. Standard staircase, pedal, guardrail, convenient board inspection.

9. Standard color touch screen, convenient on-site operation and monitoring.

10. Standard communication, control interface, and the central monitoring and management system network, automatic order change and order management.
